B. Arch

• Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from a recognised Board
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2

OR

• Pass in a 3-year Diploma with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects from a Central/State Government recognised Board
• Minimum 50% marks in aggregate
• Candidates must qualify through NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) in 2024.

Merit list that combines 50% of qualifying exam marks (PCM) and 50% of NATA scores.

B. Des

• Pass in 10+2 or 3-year Diploma from a State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification from a recognised Board/University.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent qualification.

a Home Based Test (HBT), submission of a Portfolio of Work (POW), and a Personal Interview (PI) for shortlisted candidates. The merit list is determined based on the HBT, POW, and PI results

M. Arch

• Pass in BArch or BTech (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) from a recognised University and a minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent qualification.
• Applicants with a GATE qualification will receive additional weightage.
