The Staff Selection Commission is set to release the SSC CGL tier 2 answer key soon on its official website – ssc.gov.in. The SSC CGL tier 2 exam successfully conducted on January 20, 2025. Candidates can expect the answer key to be released latest by this week. However, the commission is yet to make the official confirmation regarding the SSC CGL Tier 2 answer key 2024 date. SSC CGL Tier 2 answer key 2024 release date is the last week of January 2025. The answer key and response sheet will be released at ssc.gov.in. To access the same, students must keep their registration number and password ready for successful login.

SSC CGL Answer Key 2024 Tier 2 – How to calculate scores?
To calculate scores obtained by candidates in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam, they have to follow the steps given below:
- The total marks for the SSC CGL Tier is 450 (if the candidate is appearing only for Paper I)
- For each correct answer, student have to give 3 marks
- For each incorrect answer, there is a negative marking of 1 mark (⅓ of the total marks carried by the question).
- Therefore, to calculate the final score, use the formula given below:
Total Correct Answers x 3 – Total Incorrect Answers x 1 = Final Score
