NEET Exam Analysis 2024 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully conducted the NEET UG exam, today, scheduled from 2 PM to 5:20 PM. As per Puneet Saini, who is the faculty of Botany at Unacademy (Dwarka Centre), the overall paper was easy to moderate. The paper was NCERT oriented, as per the experts analysis.
The paper analysis is done based on both student feedback and expert commentary, determining the overall difficulty level of the NEET 2024 exam. Additionally, various coaching institutes will likely release unofficial answer key PDFs, aiding students in assessing their performance. Furthermore, expected NEET cut off 2024 will be provided, offering insights into the marks and percentile trends.
As per NTA notification, NEET Result 2024 will be released on June 14. The result will be declared on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.
As per Nishant Sharma from Unacademy, “Physics was overall easy to moderate. Section A was mixed with easy and moderate questions, while section B was moderate.”
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will likely release the NEET Answer Key 2024 in the third or fourth week of May 2024. The answer key release date will be announced soon by NTA.
Experts reviewed the NEET UG exam 2024 as a mix-and-match. The paper was mostly similar to the last year’s pattern.
As per Mayank Shukla from Unacademy, Chemistry was more on the moderate side. The section A was moderate, while section B was above moderate, said Mayank. The organic chemistry was tough and lengthy. Also, no questions were found in Section A from the new syllabus added this year.
Anatomy and Morphology were the highest-weightage chapters in the NEET UG exam 2024. There were a total of 8 questions on both topics.

There were fewer data-oriented questions in the NEET 2024 exam, this year.
As per experts, there were a good number of questions from topics like Genetics and Ecology. There were a few questions from cell division in NEET UG 2024 exam.
This year, there were 3-4 questions from Respiration in Botany (Both sections). However, the questions were easy to moderate. Ecology questions were quite in good number.

NTA has already released the NEET Admit Card 2024 on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Students can download it using their application number and date of birth.
NEET exam 2024 is conducted in 13 languages — English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
NEET UG 2024 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen is provided at the Centre. Moreover tampering with the OMR at any stage will lead to debarring of the candidature for 3 years.
In section B MCQs, candidates have to attempt 10 questions out of 15. The marking scheme for the same is as follows:
NMC (National Medical Commission) has notified the syllabus of NEET (UG) – 2024. The Question Paper will be based on the given syllabus (Appendix-III) which is available on the NMC website (nmc.org.in/neet/neet-ug). Furthermore, to rationalize the decision of reduction in the syllabus by various School Education Boards, the NTA has taken a decision to provide choice in Section “B” for each of the 4 (four) Subjects.
NEET exam has a total of 8 sections —- 2 sections for each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology).
As per NEET Exam Pattern 2024, there will be a total of 200 questions out of students who have to attempt 180 questions. Each question is of 4 marks.
