NEET Topper List 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the result for NEET UG exam on June 4, 2024. Along with the result, NTA has also released a detailed merit list of top 100 students in NEET UG. This year, a total of 67 candidates have emerged as All India Rank 1 holders, with their NEET percentile score being 99.997129%.
The NEET UG result 2024 can be downloaded from the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. The overall cut off score for NEET this year has increased from last year’s score. For general category students, the marks range is 720-164, while for SC/ST/OBC students, the score range is 163-139.

Students must also note that even though candidates have been allotted AIR 1 in the NEET result press note, the actual rank differs in their NEET UG scorecards.

What’s next for NEET qualifiers?
NEET candidates who have successfully qualified their exam will be eligible to apply for the counselling process. The NEET UG counselling 2024 will begin soon online, headed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counselling will be done in four rounds. Based on the ranks scored by the students, the counselling process will ensure admission of NEET candidates in their preferred colleges.
