JoSAA Counselling 2024 Date – The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the official schedule for JoSAA counselling 2024. As per the schedule, candidate registration and filling of choices will commence on June 10, 2024. Candidates can visit the official website – josaa.nic.in to register for the counselling process. The last date for the candidate registration and choice filling is June 18, 2024.
A total of 6 rounds will be conducted during the JoSAA counselling 2024. The sixth round will be conducted for NIT + System only. Each round will involve allocation of seats, online reporting (uploading documents) and fee payment. The first round of counselling will be conducted from June 20 to June 26, 2024. Meanwhile, students gain admission to IITs on the basis of JEE Advanced ranks.

JoSAA Counselling 2024 – Documents required
Candidates taking admission in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs will be required to submit the following documents during online reporting –
- JEE Main 2024 scorecard
- JEE Main 2024 admit card
- Seat allotment letter
- Fee acknowledgement slip
- Class 10th Marksheet
- Class 12th Marksheet
- Valid Photo identity card
- PwD certificate (If applicable)
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Any other relevant documents as specified by the authorities
