The National Testing Agency is set to release the JEE Main city slip for candidates who have registered for the exam. The city intimation slip for the JEE Main exam 2025 is expected to be released tentatively by January 12, 2025. Usually, NTA releases the exam city slip at least 8-10 days before the scheduled examination date. Students must note that their intimation slip will be released according to their exam date. For example, for those candidates whose exam is on January 31, their city slip might be released around 20th Jan (10 days before).
The JEE Main City Slip can be downloaded by candidates using their login credentials such as application ID and password. The exam city slip contains details like the candidate’s name, exam centre allotted and date of the exam. It is to be noted that the city slip is not an admit card – which is released 3 days before the scheduled examination date. Only a hard copy of the admit card is permissible in the examination hall.
The expected date for the JEE Main Admit Card is January 18, 2025. The official confirmation will be made soon by the National Testing Agency.

- Visit the official website of NTA – jeemain.nta.nic.in
- On the left-hand side, in the ‘Public Notices’ section – click on the JEE Main City Slip
- Click on the direct link given in the notice released by NTA
- Enter the details like application ID and password
- Enter the Captcha code
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button
- Download the JEE Main City Intimation Slip
