IBPS RRB PO Result 2024 – The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is set to release the results for the preliminary exam of IBPS RRB PO anytime on its official website – ibps.in. Once released, the direct link to download the result and the scorecard will be available on the IBPS website. The same will be provided here as well to make it easy for candidates to check the result. The RRB PO result is awaited for more than 25 days as the exam was conducted on August 3 and 4, 2024. Usually, IBPS releases the result in 20 days after the exam is successfully held.

- Enter required credentials such as application number and password

The official confirmation of the IBPS RRB PO result is yet to be made by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It was expected that the result may be announced by the end of August.
Many banks such as Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank, J&K Gramin Bank, Baroda UP Bank have not reported vacancies till now. Candidates can expect more vacancies to be announced by these respective banks.
A total of 3583 vacancies have been released for the post of Officer Scale 1.
Candidates are allotted RRBs after the final selection on the basis of the order of their preference.
As per the RRB PO notification released by IBPS, ‘Appointment of provisionally allotted candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit, as per any other requirements of the Regional Rural Banks and subject to service and conduct rules of the Regional Rural Banks. Decision of Regional Rural Banks to which candidates are provisionally allotted will be final and binding on candidates. IBPS has no role to play here. Any queries in this regard are to be made to the Regional Rural Banks only.
IBPS reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection and Provisional Allotment etc.’
IBPS releases a reserve list of candidates for each category, subject to the availability of vacancies. However, being on the reserve list does not guarantee provisional allotment to RRBs. Candidates on the reserve list will receive final allotment only if a vacancy becomes available.
In case two or more candidates obtained the same score in the RRB PO exam, then the merit order will be decided on the basis of the date of birth (the candidate senior in age is placed before/ above the candidate junior in age).

Yes, the IBPS RRB PO Prelims exam is qualifying in nature. The final merit list for the Officer Scale 1 post is prepared on the basis of the scores obtained in the mains examination.
RRB PO Mains exam will have questions from Five sections – Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi Language, Quantitative Aptitude.
Candidates have to get their CIBIL status updated before the date of joining. They can also produce NOCs from lenders assuring that there is no outstanding amount against them. Candidates with no bank account do not have to give CIBIL status.

According to the official notification released by IBPS, ‘The validity of CRP for RRBs- XIII will automatically expire at the close of business on the day which is one year after the date of Provisional Allotment or until a fresh provisional allotment is made, whichever is earlier, with or without giving any notice.’
