CTET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines: Check important Dos and Don’ts

CTET 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released admit card for CTET exam today. Candidates are advised to follow these instructions on the day of examination.

CTET 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education is going to conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or CTET December exam on December 14, 2024. Registered candidates appearing for CTET 2024 are advised to check all the important instructions before reaching the examination centre.

Candidates can download their CTET admit card 2024 from the official website, ctet.nic.in. Once downloaded, CTET candidates will find all the important exam day guidelines mentioned in the admit card. Candidates are also required to carry a printed copy of their CTET hall ticket along with them on the day of examination. 

CTET Exam Day Guidelines 2024

Candidates who are appearing for CTET exam 2024 may check the following exam day instructions before reaching the examination centre: 

  • Carry a valid ID proof issued by the government (aadhar/PAN/voter ID/driving license/passport)
  • Candidates are required to carry a passport size photograph along with them
  • Do not carry any kind of electronic device such as mobile phone, calculator, smart watch, etc. 
  • Candidates have to go through a proper screening and frisking process before entering the exam hall

Before the CTET examination, candidates should check the following basic dos and don’ts to avoid conflict during the conduct of the exam.

– Reach the examination centre at least an hour before the reporting time. 
– Carry a printed copy of your CTET admit card along with you. 
– Carry a valid government issued ID such as driving license, Aadhar, PAN card, Voter ID, and Passport.
– Do not carry any prohibited item along with you to the exam centre. 
– Do not sit on a seat allotted to another candidate. 
– Do not speak to other candidates during the examination. 
– Do not misbehave with the exam conducting staff present at the venue.
