IIM CAT Mock Tests 2023: The Indian Institutes of Management, Lucknow (IIM – Lucknow) has released the official mock tests for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023. The mock test links are now available on the IIM CAT website, iimcat.ac.in.
CAT is a computer-based test conducted by the IIMs for admission to their postgraduate management programmes. The CAT exam consists of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). Read More: CAT Exam 2023
The official mock tests help candidates familiarise themselves with the CAT exam pattern and syllabus. The mock tests contain questions that are similar to the ones that are asked in the actual exam.
How to take CAT mock test 2023
To give an IIM CAT mock test, candidates must follow these steps:
- Visit the official IIM CAT website at iimcat.ac.in
- Scroll down and click on the “CAT 2023 Mock Test Links”
- Click on the mock test link for your category
- Enter your CAT 2023 registration number and password
- Click on the “Submit” button to start the test
- Record your time and answers as you go
- Once you have completed the test, click on the “Submit” button to finish
The duration of the exam is 120 minutes and it will be conducted in three sessions. Candidates will get 40 minutes to attempt the questions from each section. There will be a clock on the top right corner of the screen, which will start as soon as the candidate starts answering the questions. It will stop as the allotted time is over. Candidates can take the official mock tests as many times as they want. The mock tests are timed, and candidates will get a score report after completing each test. The score report will show the candidate’s performance in each test section.
CAT 2023 is scheduled to be held on November 26, 2023 (Sunday). The CAT 2023 admit card was released on November 7.
