SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started the registration process for the recruitment of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman(GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2023, today (November 24).
The last date to apply for SSC GD Constable 2024 posts is December 28, 2023. The last date for paying the application fee (online or through challan) is December 29, 2023
Eligible candidates can apply online for a total of 75,768 vacancies through the official SSC website at ssc.nic.in.
As per the official notification, the SSC GD constable 2024 exam will be held in February 2024 in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
SSC GD Constable 2024: Eligibility
To apply for SSC GD constable 2024, the candidate must be a citizen of India. Vacancies in CAPFs & AR are state/UT/area wise hence a candidate must submit domicile/ PRC against his state/ UT.
Candidates must have passed the Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University to be eligible to apply for SSC GD constable posts.
To be eligible for SSC GD constable 2024 recruitment, candidates must be 18 to 23 years old as of August 1, 2023. In the normal course, candidates should not have been born earlier than August 2, 2000 and later than August 1, 2005. Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation.
It must be noted that there is no age relaxation for UR/EWS candidates.

How to apply for SSC GD Constable 2024?
To apply for the SSC GD Constable 2024 exam, candidates must complete two steps: one-time registration and filling out the online application form. The application forms must be submitted online through the official SSC website.
The application fee is INR 100/-. However, female candidates, Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates, Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates, and Ex-servicemen (ESM) candidates are exempted from the fee.
Candidates can pay the application fee via BHIM UPI, net banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay credit or debit cards. Candidates can also generate an SBI challan and pay the fee in cash at SBI branches.
