CAT 2024 Answer Key- The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 was conducted by IIM Calcutta on November 24, 2024. Now, with the release of the CAT answer key 2024 at iimcat.ac.in, candidates can calculate their scores using the marking scheme of the CAT exam.
Based on the scores obtained by candidates, the percentile score will be calculated. Students will get to know their CAT percentile after the result is announced. CAT result 2024 will be announced tentatively in the second week of January 2025. However, official dates are awaited.
CAT Answer Key 2024: Overall percentile
MBA admission to top management colleges in India is offered on the basis of CAT percentile, Written Ability Test, and Personality Test. Usually, top IIMs and other MBA colleges offer admission at 95-100 percentile score.

Students who have scored less than 60 marks this year are likely to achieve a percentile ranging between 80 to 85. At this percentile score, it is difficult to get final admission in top colleges. Hence, students can check the list of other good MBA colleges accepting low percentile scores.
CAT 2024 Answer Key: MBA admission and selection criteria
After the declaration of the CAT 2024 result, IIMs will release the cutoffs for their respective MBA programmes. Candidates who have the required score can apply for the Written Test/ Personal Interview round.
The IIM selection process includes the CAT score, Written Test, and Group Discussion/ Personal Interview rounds. Once the candidates have cleared all these rounds, they are admitted into the prestigious MBA programs of the IIMs.
