ICG Navik GD Notification 2024: The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has released Navik General Duty CGEPT 02/2024. The application is open from 13 February 2024 to 27 February 2024. The notification released is for 260 vacancies in the Indian Coast Guard.
The CGEPT 2024 exam will tentatively be conducted in April 2024. However, there is no official notification yet. The selection of candidates is based on the order of merit in their performance in Stages I, II, and III
ICG Navik GD Eligibility 2024
The eligibility criteria for the ICG GD Navik exam in terms of educational qualification and age limit are given below:
Navik (General Duty): Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Navik (Domestic Branch): Passed Class 10 from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Age limit: The age of candidates should be between 18 and 22 years.

The application fees for the Navik GD examination based on the category is given below:
UR/OBC/EWS- Rs 300
SC/ST- Nil
ICG Navik Exam Pattern 2024
Indian Coast Guard Navik Selection comprises three stages, a written test followed by a physical fitness test (PFT), and a medical examination. The ICG exam pattern is given below:

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
In the physical fitness test, candidates have to pass in the following categories:
- 6 Km run to be completed in a maximum of 7 minutes
- 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak).
- 10 Push-ups
Medical Examination
Candidates need to meet the following medical criteria to qualify for the GD post:
