GATE 2025 Registration – IIT Roorkee has released the registration dates for GATE 2025 on the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in. As per the official schedule, the GATE 2025 application process will commence from August 24, 2024. Candidates can register online till September 26, 2024 without the late fee.
To submit the application form, candidates must pay an application fee of INR 1800 (INR 900 for SC/ST/PwD and female candidates) per paper. It must be noted that only the candidates who successfully complete the registration process will be eligible to download the admit card. GATE 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on February 1, 2, 15 and 16.

GATE 2025 Registration – Steps to apply
The application process for the GATE exam consists of the following steps including registration, filling basic information and payment of fees. Candidates can take a look at the detailed application process below.
- Visit the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
- Register through the GOAPS 2025 portal by entering the required details such as Name, email address, mobile number and password.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered contact details. Use the OTP to generate your unique application number.
- Now, login using your generated credentials and fill in the application form.
- Candidates will be required to upload scanned documents in the specified format.
- Once completed, review your details and submit the application form.
- To complete the application process, candidates must pay the application fee online.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form and fee receipt for future reference.
