CBSE 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the psychological counselling of students and parents for the board exams from January 1, 2024. The CBSE board exams 2024 for classes 10, and 12 will begin from February 15 to April 2, 2024. The counselling programme has been aligned to facilitate the students. As per the official notification, the psychological counselling programme will be held in two phases, first before the exam and second, after the result, to keep the students of classes 10 and 12 of CBSE-affiliated schools stress-free during and after the annual board examinations.

CBSE Board Exam 2024: Counselling Facilities
Students appearing for their CBSE class 10, and 12 board exams 2024 can check the pre-exam psychological counselling facilities mentioned below:
- IVRS: A free of cost IVRS facility is made available 24/7 for students and parents on the CBSE Board’s toll-free number 1800-11-8004. Students and parents can get information and suggestions about stress-free preparation for examinations, time and stress management, and important contact details of CBSE offices in Hindi and English.
- Tele-counselling: The board officials also provide a voluntary and free-of-cost service, which will be available from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. This service reaches beyond India, offering counsellors in Kuwait, Nepal, Japan, and the Middle East.
- Podcasts: Bilingual podcasts on the same subjects can also be listened to on the CBSE official website – cbse.gov.in.

CBSE Practical Exam 2024
The CBSE practical exams 2024 for classes 10 and 12 started on January 1. The Board has recently released the guidelines for annual practical exams, and internal and project assessment for the academic year 2023-24.
