The Indian Air Force has invited applications for the AFCAT 1 2025. The AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) is conducted by the Indian Air Force for the recruitment of officers in various branches of the Indian Air Force, including Flying and Ground Duty (technical and non-technical). The exam is held biannually and is open to both men and women. It assesses candidates on the basis of proficiency in General Awareness, Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning. Successful candidates are selected for training at Air Force academies, to commission into the Indian Air Force as Gazetted Group “A” officers. AFCAT is highly competitive, attracting a large number of aspirants each year.

Interested candidates are advised to be cautious while filling out the application form. Candidates should also keep their Aadhaar cards handy as it is mandatory to fill in Aadhaar details while applying. Applicants can apply for AFCAT 2025 by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Indian Air Force afcat.cdac.in.
Step 2: Click “CANDIDATE LOGIN’’ on the Home page, and select AFCAT 01/2025 from the drop down menu.
Step 3: On the next page, click the “Register here” button. After successful registration, sign-in with the registered email ID and system-generated password.
Step 4: After signing in, select entry: “AFCAT”
Step 5: Click on “Instructions” and read the instructions carefully. Check the box to acknowledge having read and understood the instructions.
Step 6: On the next page, click on “Fill Application Form” and fill in personal details, qualification details, course preferences and communication details.
Step 7: Upload documents in the prescribed format.
Step 8: Select exam city and sign the declaration.
Step 9: Make payment through the payment link given. Download the payment receipt for future reference.
