Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2024-25
This scheme provides facilities to outstanding talented children studying in recognised schools or belonging to families practising traditional performing arts. The scholarship is provided by the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training and helps such students in getting specialised training in various cultural fields.
Age group – 10 to 14 years
Scholarship amount – Rs 3600 per year along with the reimbursement of the actual tuition fee paid to Guru/Teacher up to Rs 9000 per year -
INSPIRE Awards MANAK Scheme 2024-25
The INSPIRE scheme is one of the flagship programmes of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India. The INSPIRE – MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge) aims to encourage original ideas/innovations rooted in science. Students from classes 6 to 10 can be nominated for the INSPIRE-MANAK scholarship.
Age group – 10 to15 years
Scholarship amount – Rs 10,000 along with mentoring support to students for development of prototypes, in coordination with reputed academic and technology institutions of the country. -
SOF Girl Child Scholarship Scheme (SOF GCSS) 2024-25
The objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to girls from the economically weaker section, to enable them continue their school education. Students will be selected from the nominations received from schools in India.
Scholarship amount – Education scholarship amounting to Rs 5000 for their education for a full year. -
SOF Academic Excellence Scholarship (SOF AES) 2024-25
The Academic Excellence Scholarship aims to promote all round academic development of students. The scholarship will recognize the performance of students who achieve Academic Excellence in Olympiad exams in different subjects.The scholarship winners, from each class, will be students who obtain the highest cumulative marks in any 4 Olympiad exams during the year.
Scholarship amount – Each winner will receive a trophy, cash award / scholarship of Rs 5000 and a citation. -
SOF Defence Services Academician Scholarship (SOF DSAS) 2024-25
This scholarship recognises the academic achievements of students from Defence Services / Internal Security families.
Scholarship amount – Selected students will be provided a scholarship of Rs 5000 each and a certificate. -
SOF Olympiads (IEO, IGKO, ICSO, ISSO, etc.)
Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) conducts multiple Olympiad exams for students of Classes 1 to 12. Top rankers are awarded with cash prizes, medals and certificates. There are also awards and cash prizes for school and zonal levels
Scholarship Amount – Students can check the amount awarded to top rankers below.
– At international level, students achieving the 1st rank will receive Rs 50,000 each, International Gold Medal and Certificate of Outstanding Performance.
– Students attaining the 2nd rank will receive Rs 25,000, International Silver Medal and Certificate of Outstanding Performance.
– Students who attain the 3rd rank will be awarded with Rs 10,000, International Bronze Medal and Certificate of Outstanding Performance.
