UPSC Exam 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Civil Services Prelims exam on June 16, 2024. UPSC Prelims 2024: Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates appearing for the UPSC Prelims exam 2024 are advised to adhere to the following guidelines on the day of the examination.
- Candidates must carry the hard copy of the UPSC admit card 2024 along with the photo ID proof at the exam centre on the day of the examination.
- They must reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination.
- UPSC aspirants are required to carry a minimum of two passport-size photographs one for each shift to the exam venue.
- Candidates are allowed to use only a black ballpoint pen to mark answers in the OMR sheet. The use of a colour pen will lead them to disqualification.
- Candidates cannot carry any type of electronic device or gadgets like mobile phones, digital watches or calculators inside the exam hall.
- They can bring transparent water bottles, hand sanitiser, and face masks to the exam hall.
