UPSC Exam 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Civil Services Prelims exam on June 16, 2024. Candidates who are appearing for the exam will be able to check and download their UPSC CSE Prelims admit card through the official website of the Commission – upsc.gov.in, upsconline.nic.in. 

As per the details provided in the official notification, the examination authority will release the UPSC Prelims admit card 2024 on the last working day of the preceding week of the date of the examination. After downloading the CSE admit card, candidates are advised to go through all the detailed mentioned on it carefully.

Register and eligible candidates will be able to download their UPSC admit cards in online mode. They can follow the steps that are given below to know how to get UPSC e-admit card.

Step 2: Click on the direct link available to download the e-admit card

Step 3: A new login window will appear on the screen

Step 4: Key all your required login details as asked in the provided space

Step 5: The UPSC prelims admit card 2024 will be displayed on the screen

Step 6: Go through the details mentioned on it and download it for future reference

UPSC Prelims 2024: Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates appearing for the UPSC Prelims exam 2024 are advised to adhere to the following guidelines on the day of the examination.

  • Candidates must carry the hard copy of the UPSC admit card 2024 along with the photo ID proof at the exam centre on the day of the examination. 
  • They must reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination. 
  • UPSC aspirants are required to carry a minimum of two passport-size photographs one for each shift to the exam venue.
  • Candidates are allowed to use only a black ballpoint pen to mark answers in the OMR sheet. The use of a colour pen will lead them to disqualification. 
  • Candidates cannot carry any type of electronic device or gadgets like mobile phones, digital watches or calculators inside the exam hall. 
  • They can bring transparent water bottles, hand sanitiser, and face masks to the exam hall.
