The Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2023 special phase counselling began on October 15, 2023. Eligible candidates who wish to seek admission into the MBA and the MCA courses through TS ICET 2023, can apply for the special phase counselling through the official TS ICET website.

Eligibility for TS ICET 2023 Special Phase Counselling

The following candidates are eligible to participate in the TS ICET 2023 special phase counselling:

  • Candidates who have been accepted to a programme but do not want to attend.
  • Candidates who have not yet been accepted to a programme but have had their certificates verified.
  • Candidates who have had their certificates verified in previous phases or in the special phase but have not yet chosen a programme.
  • Candidates who have been accepted to a programme, self-reported, and are reporting to their assigned college but are hoping for a better option.
  • Any other eligible candidates.

The Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TSICET) is a state-level entrance exam for admission to MBA and MCA programme s at all universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana. It is conducted annually by Kakatiya University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
