Vellore Institute of Technology offers B. Tech. Computer Science and Engineering with Specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. The institute offers admission to B.Tech in AI & Robotics through VITEEE 2024 exam. Applicants should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) to apply for the B.tech admission.

SRM Institute of Science & Technology offers B. Tech – Artificial Intelligence course through its Kattankulathur (KTR) campus. The institute has a sanctioned intake of 180 students. The four-year program comes with annual fees of INR 4,00,000.
Candidates must have 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2. Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English & Aptitude in SRMJEEE(UG) are eligible for all the B.Tech Degree Programs. The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies offers B. Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with nearly total fees of INR 20 lakhs. The minimum eligibility criteria for B. Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is minimum 50% marks in Class X and XII with 50% in PCM in Class XII. The university accepts the score of UPESEAT/JEE Mains/Board Merit/SAT/CUET.

Jain University offers B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering – Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with the objective of preparing students for the emerging and exponential technologies of Industry 4.0.
Candidates must have passed in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics as one of the subjects and obtained at least 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.
- Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi)
IIIT Delhi offers B.Tech. in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (CSAI) with a seat intake of 60 seats. The admission is offered through the Joint Admission Committee (JAC). Candidates must have 70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from the CBSE Board or equivalent. They must also have a valid JEE Main score to secure admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.
