- Register for OARS, providing the 10th roll number and passing year
- Candidate data is cross-checked; if matched, upload a document from the specified list
- Receive a confirmation message upon successful document upload
- Log in to apply for the post using the designated link for postcode 90/09
- New users must register on OARS at dsssbonline.nic.in
- After registration, apply for postcode 90/09 through the special link on the website
- Complete the online application well in advance of the closing date
