AP TET Result 2024 Live: The Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh will release the result for AP TET exam 2024 at aptet.apcfss.in. To download the APTET scorecards, candidates will be required to login to the official website using their valid credentials.
As per the official schedule, AP TET result 2024 will be announced on November 2, 2024. Candidates who qualify in the examination will be eligible for teaching jobs in Andhra Pradesh. AP TET examination was conducted from October 3 to October 21, 2024.
AP TET Result 2024 Login Credentials
The result for AP TET 2024 exam will be announced at aptet.apcfss.in. To download the scorecards, candidates will have to enter the following login credentials:
- Candidate’s ID
- Date of birth
- Verification/captcha code
There are no restrictions on the number of attempts for AP TET exam 2024. Students who have qualified the exam can again appear for it to improve their scores.
AP TET result will be announced on November 2, 2024, as per the official notification released by the conducting body.
Teachers appointed by the Competent Authority in Government or Local Authority positions before the NCTE notification dated 23.08.2010, in accordance with the recruitment rules at that time, are exempt from taking the TET. However, teachers working in private schools without appointment approval from the Competent Authority are not exempt from passing the TET.
In state government teacher recruitment, TET scores will carry a 20% weightage, while the remaining 80% weightage will be based on the written test in the Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT), which will determine the selection lists. However, qualifying in the TET alone does not guarantee recruitment or employment; it serves only as one of the eligibility criteria for a teaching position.
The AP-TET will be applicable to all schools mentioned in Clause (n) of Section 2 of the RTE Act. However, schools covered under Sub-Clause (iv) of Clause (n) of Section 2 of the RTE Act may choose to consider either the TET conducted by the Central Government or the AP-TET.
The Joint Director, TET and Member Convener, Andhra Pradesh, will issue digital memos and pass certificates to candidates. These certificates will also be accessible in DigiLocker once the APTET-July 2024 results are published.
In case there is any error in the AP TET scorecard 2024, students must contact the help desk of the conducting body. However, the certificate may be electronically generated with adequate security features to avoid any kind of malpractice.
The scorecard includes the candidate’s name and address, registration number, the year and month of certificate award, marks obtained in each paper, and the class level for which the certificate is valid (either Class I to V or Class VI to VIII). For candidates certified for Classes VI to VIII, it also specifies the subject area, such as Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, or Social Studies.
The APTET result 2024 Certificate / Marks Memo will remain valid for life time in accordance with NCTE guidelines.

The official conducting body has not indicated any release time for AP TET result 2024. However, candidates can expect the scorecard to be released by today late evening.
