CAT 2023: Slot 1 Paper Analysis & Expected Score To Get An IIM Call

CAT 2023 was held on November 26, 2023 in three different slots. Here’s the paper analysis for the CAT 2023 question paper (Slot 1).

VARC Section As per Career Launcher, VARC maintained a moderate to difficult level with 24 questions in 40 minutes. The paper was a little easier compared to the previous year.

DILR Section The CAT 2023 DILR paper had 20 questions. The difficulty level, as per Career Launcher, was the same as the previous year.

QA Section According to the analysis shared by Career Launcher, the Quantitative Aptitude section was more on the difficult side.

According to experts, a net score of 47-55 in the CAT 2023 exam should be sufficient to get an IIM call.
