With the NEET PG admit cards to be out on July 31 and the exam scheduled for August 3, 2025, all eyes are on the NEET PG exam day guidelines and code of conduct. Along with your study plan, understanding the official dress code is crucial to avoid last-minute hassles at the exam centre.
Basic Dress Code Rules - Wear light-colored clothes with half sleeves - No full sleeves allowed to ease frisking - Avoid clothes with big buttons, brooches, badges, sequins, patches, embroidery, or heavy designs - No multiple pockets or zips on clothing
Footwear Guidelines - Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall - Only slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed - Avoid high heels and thick-soled footwear
Accessories and Jewellery - No metallic or non-metallic jewelry allowed: earrings, nose pins, rings, bracelets, necklaces, bangles, etc - Hair accessories should be simple and non-metallic - Watches, belts, caps, wallets, bags, mobile phones, calculators, and any electronic devices are banned inside the exam hall
Religious or Cultural Dress - Candidates following religious or cultural attire (turban, hijab, burqa, kara, kirpan, kangha, etc.) are allowed but must report at least two hours early for additional security checks - Strict frisking applies if any concealed device is suspected within these items
Important Reminders - Light and simple clothing helps a hassle-free security check and timely entry - Non-compliance with the dress code may lead to denial of entry or disqualification - Be sure to carry your admit card and follow all instructions from the exam authority
Following the NEET PG 2025 dress code is essential to ensure quick entry and avoid disqualification on exam day. Make sure to prepare your outfit in advance and follow all instructions from the exam authorities strictly.
