PM YASASVI YOJANA 2024: Registration for scholarship closes on this date

PM YASASVI is a scholarship program designed for students belonging to Other Backward Class (OBC), Economically Backward Class (EBC), and Denotified Nomadic Tribes (DNT)

All the OBC, EBC and DNT students with household annual income of less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs would be eligible for the scheme

The grants will be provided for tuition fee, hostel fee and other charges as required by the school, subject to a maximum of Rs. 75,0001 per annum per student of class 9 and l0 and Rs. 1,25,000/- per annum per student of class ll and 12

It offers pre-matric scholarships for students in grades 9 and 10, as well as post-matric scholarships for higher education

The students must have a Bank Account and while applying under the scheme should provide all necessary details

A written examination known as the YASASVI ENTRANCE TEST 2024 will be used to select applicants for scholarship awards
