In a breaking event, NTA has cancelled the NEET UG 2026 exam for all the students on May 12, 2026, due to alleged paper leak from Rajasthan.

NEET UG 2026 exam was held on May 3, 2026, for over 22.7 lakh aspirants.

As per allegations, a set of ‘guess paper’ was distributed before exam. Around 140 questions, worth 600 marks, were found matching the actual question paper.

Following approval from the Government of India, NTA confirmed that the NEET UG will now be re-conducted on dates to be announced separately.

The investigation has been transferred to CBI for independent verification and appropriate action, to ensure the fair, secure, and credible conduct of national examinations.

NEET UG 2026 exam will be re-conducted by the agency. All candidates who have registered can sit for the re-exam.

New exam date to be declared soon, NTA will re-issue NEET UG Admit Card to all registered students
