JEE Main hall ticket 2025 out; Check dos and don'ts for exam day

NTA is set to conduct the JEE Main session 2 exam from April 2 till April 9, 2025. The hall tickets for exams till April 4 are now available at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Here are some things that students must keep in mind for exam day

Carry a duly filled printed copy of your admit card along with a valid photo ID (Aadhar, Voter’s ID, etc.) for verification. Candidates without the hall ticket or a valid photo ID will not be allowed to enter the exam hall

Arrive at the exam venue well in advance, at least one hour before the commencement of the exam to avoid any last-minute hassle. Students will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after the gate closing time

Adhere to the dress code specified by the authorities. Wear light clothes without big buttons or metallic items. Also avoid any jewelry or accessories. Pouches, pencil boxes, or bags will not be allowed inside the exam hall

Do not carry any prohibited items including electronic devices, calculators, study materials, or food items inside the venue. Only admit card, ID proof, transparent ballpoint pen, and clear water bottle can be taken inside the exam hall

Follow the instructions provided by invigilators at the exam centre. Strictly adhere to the rules and regulations laid down by the NTA. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of candidature
