The median salary package increased from Rs 30.36 lakh in 2022-23 to Rs 37.50 lakh in 2023-24, and further to Rs 46 lakh in 2024-25. The average package also rose from Rs 52.32 lakh in 2023-24 to Rs 53.2 lakh in 2024-25.
