IIT JEE, UPSC among top 5 toughest exams in the world

The World Ranking (via Twitter) has released the list of toughest exams in the world. Among Top 5, Indian exams including IIT JEE and UPSC have ranked at number 2 and 3 respectively. Check the complete list here.
