To join ISRO after 12th, students must have a strong foundation in Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects.

Students must have a high CGPA and can pursue engineering as one of the main branches by appearing for JEE Advanced and JEE mains entrance exams.

After completing engineering, candidates should appear for the ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board (ICRB) exam to become ISRO scientists. To appear for the ICRB, candidates must have a 6.8 CGPA.

Aspiring scientists can also join ISRO after completing their Master's (MSc, ME, or MTech) and PhD in relevant specializations
