HCL’s Early Career Program, is an exclusive job program for class 12th students with 1 year training for IT services and digital roles.

– Mathematics/Business Mathematics is mandatory in class 12th with min 60% marks for IT roles

Upon successful completion of the training, candidate will begin working as a full-time Associate or IT Services professional with a starting salary of ₹ 1.70 – 2.20 lakhs per annum.

₹ 10,000 per month during internship tenure that is 12 months

While working as a full-time employee at HCLTech, candidates enroll in work-integrated higher education programs

HCLTech has partnered with Amity University Online, IIM Nagpur, BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, KL University and SASTRA University to offer industry recognized higher education programs, through E-learning curriculums.

– Applicants must be Indian residents who have successfully passed the class 12th board exams in 2022 or 2023
