The CBSE Class 12th exam will be conducted on March 9, 2024. Here’s a list of important formulas and theorems you need to remember

Fundamental Theorem of Calculus

Let f be a continuous function on the closed interval [a, b] and let A (x) be the area function. Then A′(x) = f (x), for all x ∈ [a, b]

Binomial Theorem

For any provided positive integer n, the nth power of addition of two numbers x and y may be illustrated as the sum of the form of the term, n + 1

Mean Value Theorem

There exists at least one point c in (a, b) such that the tangent at the point (c, f (c)) is parallel to the secant joining the points (a, f (a) and (b, f (b)). Thus, f is continuous at x = 0 if k = 1

Rolle's Theorem

If a function f is continuous on the closed interval [a, b] and differentiable on the open interval (a, b) such that f(a) = f(b), then f′(x) = 0 for some x with a ≤ x ≤ b.

Intermediate Value Theorem

If a function is continuous on [a, b], and if L is any number between f(a) and f(b),then there must be a value, x = c, where a < c < b, such that f(c) = L

Pythagoras Theorem

In a right-angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse side is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides
