RPF Recruitment 2025 - RRB Constable & SI Exam Dates, Pattern, Syllabus

RPF Recruitment 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board conducts the Railway Police Force (RPF) examination for the posts of Constable and Sub-Inspectors in the CBT mode. The RPF Constable answer key has been released on March 24, 2025 on the official websites of RRB (including rrbcdg.gov.in).The answer key will be open to challenges till March 29, 2025 (12 AM). Candidates can submit their challenges through the objection window provided on RRB websites. 

The Railway Recruitment Board conducted the RPF Constable exam from March 2 to March 18, 2025. The board aims to fill a total of 4660 vacancies through this recruitment drive. The recruitment is conducted in three stages: a computer-based test, physical test, and document verification. Earlier, the CBT exam for SI posts was conducted on December 2, 3, 9, 12 and 13, 2024. The results for the RPF SI exam are still awaited. 

RPF Constable Answer Key 2025 Direct Link

The Railway Recruitment board has released the RPF Constable Answer Key 2025 online. The answer key along with candidate's responses will be available for download from March 24, 2025 (6 PM). To access the provisional answer key, candidates can visit the regional websites of RRB, and click on the section that mentions 'RPF 02/2024 (Constable)'. Click on the link for 'Viewing of CBT Question Paper, Responses & keys and Raising of Objections, if any, to Questions/Options/Keys'  and login through the necessary credentials. RPF Eligibility Criteria 2025

Before filling the application form, it is advised to go through the eligibility requirements prescribed by RRB. To be eligible for RPF recruitment, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification as well as age limit. RPF Application Form 2025 - How to fill online?

The RRB RPF application can be submitted online through the official websites of RRBs.There are 21 websites for different RRB zones on which candidates can find the registration link. Currently, the applications for SI and Constable posts are closed. However, once available, the online applications for the next recruitment cycle can be filled by following the steps outlined below: 

Step 1: Visit the official portal of RRB. On the homepage, click on the ‘New Registration’ link.

Step 2: Create an account by entering the required information such as name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name. Also add your contact details such as mobile number and email address to generate OTP.

Step 3: Once the verification is complete, create your password and login. 

Step 4: Fill all the necessary details in the application form including personal information,  and academic qualifications.

Step 5: Upload your photograph, signature and relevant documents in the specified format.

Step 6: Complete the application process by paying the requisite fee through online payment modes. 

Step 7: Take a printout of the submitted application  form for future reference.

RRB RPF Application Fees 2025

The RRB RPF examination fee can be submitted through the online payment methods only. The category-wise application fee is provided in the table below.

Note: Only candidates who attend CBT will get a refund of their examination fee as mentioned in the table above.

RPF Admit Card 2025 

RRB releases the city intimation slip and admit card for RPF examination on the official websites of RRB. To access the admit card, candidates must login using their mobile number/email address and password. Take a look at the steps to download the RPF Constable admit card below:

Step 1: Visit the official websites of RRB or the RPF recruitment website - rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.

Step 2: In the latest notifications or 'Recruitment' section, look for the link that mentions 'Download RPF Admit Card'.

Step 3: Click on the admit card link and login using the following credentials: registration number, password, date of birth. 

Step 4: The admit card will be displayed on the screen. Download it and take a printout for future reference.

RRB RPF Exam Pattern 2025 

The Railway Police Force examination is conducted in the computer-based test mode. The time duration for the exam is 1 hour 30 minutes. All the details related to the RPF exam pattern are provided in the following table.  

RRB RPF Syllabus 2025 

The CBT exam consists of three sections: General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. Though there is no specific syllabus provided by the board, candidates must prepare for the exam keeping in mind the general questions asked in these sections. The marks distribution for each section is provided in the table below.

RPF Salary 2025

Apart from the basic pay as per the 7th CPC pay matrix, RPF officers are provided with a number of benefits including allowances, medical coverage, job security, and annual package. The RPF salary for SI and Constable posts is provided in the table below. 

RRB RPF Result 2025

The results for RRB RPF Constable and SI exams will be released separately on the official website. The result date for both exams has not been announced as of now. Once released, candidates can visit the official websites of RRB and login into their respective accounts to access their results. The qualifying marks for the RPF exam are mentioned below.
