The Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, is set to close the registration window for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026 today, December 5, 2025. Candidates planning to appear for the XAT 2026 exam must complete their application form submission before the deadline. The XAT 2026 registration process involves filling out the application form, uploading all the required documents such as the photograph and signature, and lastly paying the registration fee of INR 2,200. The XAT 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 4, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The XAT 2026 registration process started on July 10, 2025, giving candidates ample time to register for the XAT 2026 exam through the official website, xatonline.in. Once the registration process is over, XLRI will release the XAT Admit Card 2026 on December 20, 2025, for candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. Before filling out the XAT application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria for the XAT 2026 exam. The application fee can be paid using debit/credit card, internet banking, IMPS or cash card/mobile wallets.

Step 1: Visit the official XAT website – xatonline.in and click on ‘Register’ option.
Step 2: Candidates must enter their name, email ID, contact details and set a password
Step 3: An email will be sent on the registered email ID
Step 4: Verify the email, by clicking on the link and completing the application form
Step 5: Now fill in the personal, academic and work experience details
Step 6: Candidates need to select the program they want to apply for
Step 7: Choose 6 preferred Test cities
Step 8: Scan and upload the photograph and signature
Step 9: Pay the application fee
Step 10: Now click on the ‘Submit’ button
