The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 was conducted by IIM Kozhikode on November 30, 2025. As per the official notice, the CAT 2025 result is likely to be released by the last week of December 2025. Once the results are released, candidates can check and download their scorecard from the official website – iimcat.ac.in. Candidates will also be informed individually by SMS regarding their CAT 2025 result. The CAT 2025 answer key was released on December 4, 2025, and if any candidates had any objections regarding the answer key, they should have submitted them before December 10.
The CAT 2025 result is usually released in the form of a scorecard, which will include the candidate’s overall scores as well as their scores in the individual sections of the exam. CAT 2025 Result: Percentile Calculation
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to calculate their CAT 2025 percentile:
Step 1: Take the Total no. of candidates = N, who have appeared in both shifts.
Step 2: Assign rank = R, based on the scores obtained in a section. If two candidates have scored the same scores, then the same ranks will be assigned.
Step 3: Calculate the CAT Percentile P, for a candidate who has scores rank R using the formula P= (N – R)/ N)*100
Step 4: Round off the CAT Percentile P, like 99.995 is rounded off to 100, but if the percentile is less than 99.995, it will be rounded off to 99.99
