The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) issued a press release on April 17, 2026, confirming that the West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2026 will be announced by the board on May 8, 2026. Students who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website of the board – wbbse.wb.gov.in once declared. Along with it, students must note that the WBBSE Madhyamik result 2026 will also be hosted on the official IE Education portal – education.indianexpress.com. Students can easily check their scores using their login credentials via the IE Education portal. Along with the declaration of the West Bengal Madhyamik result 2026, the board authorities will also release the result statistics with details of the overall pass percentage, toppers’ list, and district-wise performance.
To check their West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2026, students will be required to provide their credentials, such as roll number and captcha. The WBBSE Class 10 exam 2026 was held over 10 days from February 2 to February 12. According to the official schedule, the Class 10th Board examinations were held in a single shift each day. This year, a total of 9,71,340 candidates appeared for the Madhyamik examination conducted by WBBSE, compared with 9,69,425 last year. Out of them, 4,26,733 were boys, 5,44,606 were girls, and one was a transgender person.

Step 3: Now, students need to enter their required login credentials, such as their roll number and captcha.
Step 4: Once the credentials are entered, click on the submit button to see the marksheet.
Step 5: Your result will be displayed on the screen, and you can download it for your reference.
Students are advised to keep a printout of their results.
