The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) released the UPTET 2026 Admit Card on June 30, 2026. Candidates can access their UP TET hall ticket by using their registered credentials from the official website, upessc.up.gov.in. The UPTET Admit Card 2026 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 has been released separately. Only those candidates who have successfully filled out the application form for UPTET 2026 can download their admit cards. As the Admit Card is released, candidates are advised to download the same and check for any discrepancies.
If there is any error in the admit card, then candidates must report to the Conducting body on priority. Candidates must carry the UPTET 2026 Admit Card on the day of the exam. In case a candidate forgets to bring the admit card to the exam centre, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. The City Intimation Slip was also released so that candidates can check their allotted city and make travel plans beforehand, so as to avoid any confusion later. The UPTET Exam 2026 will be conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026. The official notification for the exam was released on March 20, 2026.
UPTET 2026 Admit Card: Steps to Download
The UPESSC has released the UPTET Admit Card 2026 on June 30, 2026, on their official website. Candidates can refer to the steps below to download the same :
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPTET 2026 Exam Board – updeled.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, find the link titled ‘UPTET Admit Card 2026′, click on it to open the login page.
Step 3: On the login page, enter your registration ID and password to log in.
Step 4: Click on Submit.
Step 5: The UPTET 2026 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download the PDF and print it for future reference.
Candidates are advised to keep track of all their necessary documents and ensure that they download their UPTET 2026 Admit Card and carry it with them to the exam centre.
UPTET Admit Card 2026: Know About the Exam Pattern
The UPTET 2026 will have two papers and the UPTET Admit Card 2026 for Paper 1 and Paper 2 has been released separately. The exam pattern for both papers will also be different. Paper 1 is for candidates who wish to teach students at the primary level, which includes classes 1 to 5.The duration of paper 1 is 2.5 hours, with 150 MCQ-based questions and will contain 5 sections such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I (Hindi), Language II (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. All questions will be objective-type.
Paper 2 is for candidates who wish to teach students at the upper primary level, which includes classes 6 to 8. The duration of Paper 2 is 2.5 hours, with 150 MCQ-based questions, and it will contain 4 sections: Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I (Hindi), Language II (English/Urdu/Sanskrit), Mathematics and Science or Social Studies. All questions will be objective-type.
