The UPSC National Defence Academy (NDA) 1 Notification 2026 was released at upsc.gov.in by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on December 10, 2025. The UPSC NDA 1 online registration 2026 has also started, and the last date to submit the application form is December 30, 2025, by 6 PM. A total of 394 vacancies have been announced and are distributed among Army, Navy, Air Force and Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) services. The UPSC NDA 1 exam 2026 is set to be conducted on April 12, 2026.

UPSC NDA 1 Notification 2026: How to Fill Application Form?
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to register for the UPSC NDA 1 exam 2026:
Step 1: Visit the official UPSC website – upsconline.nic.in and click on the ‘Apply Online’ section.
Step 2: If any candidate is not already registered, then complete the ‘One Time’ registration by filling in all the required details.
Step 3: Now select the ‘UPSC NDA 1 Application Form 2026’ and start filling in the details.
Step 4: Upload all the required documents, such as photograph, signature and more.
Step 5: Pay the application fee via debit/credit card, UPI and Net banking.
Step 6: Review all the details in the application form and submit it.
Step 7: Download the confirmation page and save it for future reference.
The application fee is set at INR 100, while candidates belonging to SC/ST candidates/female candidates / Wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs are exempted from paying the fees.
