The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to release the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Mains result 2025 in a week’s time. Candidates who appeared in the UPSC CSE main, held between August 22 and August 31, 2025, can check their results on the official website, upsc.gov.in, once the result is declared. The preliminary examination result was declared on June 11, 2025. Approximately 14,161 candidates qualified from the prelims stage to appear in the mains examination.
The UPSC has announced a total of 979 vacancies for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025. To download the UPSC Mains 2025 scorecard, candidates can follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, go to the “Examination” or “Results” section.
- Click on the link titled “Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2025 Result”.
- The result will open as a PDF file containing the list of qualified candidates.
- Use Ctrl + F to search for your roll number or name, as per the admit card details.
It is advisable to download and print a copy of the result PDF for future reference, such as verification processes and interview stages.
