UP Board 12th Toppers 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Board has announced the UPMSP class 12th results today, April 25, 2025, in a press conference. This year, a total of 25.77 Lakh students appeared for the Intermediate exams. The overall pass percentage is recorded at 81.15%.
Along with the announcement of the UP 12th result 2025, the board officials also released the list of the top rank holders in the UPMSP class 12 exam 2025. This year, Mehak Jaiswal from Prayagraj has secured the first rank with a score of 97.20%.
