The Tamil Nadu SSLC Result 2026 has been released on May 20, 2026, at 9:30 AM. The Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) Tamil Nadu has released the Tamil Nadu 10th Result 2026 in online mode. The result date & time for TN SSLC Result 2026 was confirmed by the board online on its portal. Since the result is announced, students can access it on the official website, tnresults.nic.in. Students will need their credentials, such as roll number and date of birth, to check their results. Students are advised to keep their admit card handy to check the TN SSLC Result 2026.
Apart from the Tamil Nadu SSLC Result 2026, key statistics such as overall passing percentage, gender wise passing percentage, stream-wise passing percentage, etc., is also declared online. The TN SSLC result 2026 has been announced on the Digilocker website and mobile application. Students must open the DigiLocker with an Aadhaar-registered mobile number. Students should remember that the results announced online are provisional in nature, and they need to collect the original marksheet from their respective schools. The Tamil Nadu Class 10th exam 2026 was conducted from March 11, 2026, to April 6, 2026, in pen-and-paper mode.

Tamil Nadu SSLC Result 2026: Minimum passing criteria
Students need to score a minimum of 35% marks in each subject and in the aggregate of all the subjects to be declared pass in the Tamil Nadu SSLC Result 2026. For papers having theory and practical papers, students need to pass the theory paper and the practical paper separately. In a theory paper of 75 marks, students need to score at least 20 marks. In the practical paper of 25 marks, students need to score at least 15 marks.
Tamil Nadu 10th Result 2026: Grading system
In the TN Class 10th Marksheet 2026, students are given grades and grade points according to their scores in the exam. The grading system follows the criteria mentioned below –
