The Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSE) Results 2025 have been released by the Directorate of Government Examination (DGE) officials on May 8, 2025. Students who appeared for Class 12th HSE 2025 can check their Tamil Nadu 12th results in online mode. The TN HSE+2 result link has been activated on the website of Tamil Nadu Board, students can enter their login credentials and view the result – tnresults.nic.in and dge.tn.gov.in. This year, the overall pass percentage stood at 95.03%. As per released statistics, girls outperformed boys by 3.54%. The passing percentage of girls students is 96.70%, while for boys, it is 93.16%.
The TN Class 12th HSE exams were conducted from 3rd March to 25th March 2025, and the board has also released the passing percentage along with the Tamil Nadu Board Result. Students from all three 3 streams – Science, Arts, and Commerce have to secure 35 marks out of 100 marks per subject, and for vocational, it’s 20 out of 75 marks
