SSC GD 2026 Application Form Closing Soon; Apply online till Dec 31, check required documents

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that the SSC GD 2026 application form is closing soon. The last date for the submission of application form for SSC GD 2026 is December 31, 2025 before 11 PM. The candidates who are willing to apply for the SSC GD new vacancy 2026 should visit their website – ssc.gov.in to submit their forms before the last date as no forms will be accepted after December 31, 2025. 

SSC GD 2026 Exam is a national-level recruitment examination, conducted to recruit suitable candidates for the available positions in the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR), and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) forces. Around 25, 487 vacancies were announced for SSC GD 2026. The exam is tentatively scheduled between February and April, 2026. As per the SSC GD Eligibility Criteria 2026, all candidates who have passed their 10th standard or Matriculation can apply for the exam.

All the candidates who wish to apply for the exam should positively apply online at the website before SSC GD 2026 application form last date which is December 31, 2025.

1. To fill the application, you must first register yourself at the SSC GD 2026 official website – ssc.gov.in.
2. Go to the above mentioned website. 
3. Once the homepage loads, click on the ‘Register Now’ tab.
4. You will be redirected to a registration page. Register yourself there by filling in all your authentic details, qualification, and declaration form.
5. Once your registration has completed, click on the Login tab to fill your SSC GD 2026 application form.
6. Start your application form by providing all the required details and documents.
7. Submit your documents like your photograph and signature in suggested format.
8. After filling all the required fields, go through your form again and recheck all the details.
9. Then you will be asked to pay the SSC GD online form 2026 application fee, pay the amount through the prescribed transaction method. 
10. Note that the application fee is accepted in both online and offline mode of payment.
11. Once the transaction has completed, your application form gets submitted.
