SBI PO Notification 2025 Released: Check Vacancies and Fee Details

The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially announced the SBI PO 2025-26 recruitment open for Probationary Officers (PO). In 2025-26 SBI has released the 541 vacancies, candidates who are interested can directly apply through their official website. Candidates who are aiming for a future in banking, this is your chance. 

The last date to apply for SBI PO 2025-26 is 14 July, 2025. SBI PO is one of the most sought after roles in the banking sector, Probationary Officers will be trained to handle various responsibilities, including customer service, finance, operations, and team management. It’s considered as a stepping stone to higher positions in the bank. 

To apply for the SBI PO post 2025-26, candidates must be between 21 to 30 years old (as of April 1, 2025), hold a graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university, final year students can also apply but they must show proof of passing before the final result and lastly there is age relaxation available for candidates from SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories.

SBI PO 2025-26 vacancies are divided into several categories like for general-203, OBC-135, SC-80, ST-73, EWS-50 seats which concludes to the 541 vacancy from all of these categories only General, OBC, and EWS have to pay the application fee.

SBI  is hiring 541 Probationary Officers and the last date of filling online forms closes on 14 July 2025. Further Preliminary examination is scheduled for August and the main examination for September 2025. Interviews finish by November and SBI will release the final merit list before December 2025 ends.
