The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is set to close the RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) 2025 Graduate applications today, November 27, 2025, as per the revised dates. The board started the RRB NTPC registration for Graduate-level posts on October 21, 2025. The board will conduct the RRB NTPC 2025 recruitment exam to fill 5810 vacant posts at the graduate level. The last date for the payment of application fees has been revised to November 29, 2025. The RRB issued a revised notification for the RRB NTPC 2025 exam registration dates for the 2025-26 cycle on November 20, 2025. RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate Application: Steps to Apply
Candidates can apply online for the RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate exam on the official portal of RRBs. Given below are the steps to register for the graduate-level posts.
- Visit the official regional websites of the respective RRBs.
- Click on the New Registration link.
- Fill in the necessary details like parents’ name, Aadhar number, mobile number, email ID and then click on continue.
- After submitting the details, candidates will receive an email on their registered email address.
- Click the link to complete registration.
- After registration, the applicant’s registration number and password can be generated.
- Enter all the relevant educational qualifications and preferences for exam centres.
- Pay the exam fee and log in using your registration number and password.
- Upload scanned images of the photograph and signature.
- Submit the application form and take its printout.

RRB NTPC 2025: Exam Pattern and Stages
Railway aspirants must understand the RRB exam pattern thoroughly in order to be fully prepared for the examination. The detailed RRB NTPC 2025 Graduate Exam Pattern is given below.
- According to the official RRB notification, candidates must complete four stages in the selection process: CBT 1, CBT 2, the CBAT/Typing Test, and Document Verification.
- While CBT 1 is common for all posts, the difficulty level of CBT 2 will vary according to post applied. However, all CBT 2 exams will have same number of questions, duration, and total marks.
- For certain posts, a typing skill test or computer-based aptitude test is also conducted.
- Candidates will get 1 mark for every correct answer, and 0.33 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
