NIFT Final Result 2025 Released at exams.nta.ac.in; Check steps to download scorecard

NTA has released the NIFT entrance exam results on the official website – exams.nta.ac.in. NIFT entrance exam is conducted for admissions to various NIFT campuses across the country.

NIFT Result 2025: The National Testing Agency has published the results for NIFT entrance examination on the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT. Candidates can download their scorecard by logging in through their application number, password, and security pin. 

The written examination consisting of General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT) was held on February 9, 2025. Candidates qualifying the exam will be eligible to appear for the situation test and interview round, scheduled to be conducted in March/April 2025 (tentative date). Students will get admission to B.Des, B.F.Tech, M.Des, M.F.M, and M.F.Tech courses through the NIFT entrance exam 2025.

The admission related process will be handled by NIFT authorities. Any information regarding the admission process and seat allocation will be available at the official website – nift.ac.in. 

NIFT Final Result 2025: Steps to check 

The steps to download the NIFT scorecard are outlined below.

Step 1: Visit the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT, nift.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the link that mentions ‘NIFT Result 2025’. 

Step 3: Enter your login credentials including application number, password, and security pin. Click on submit. 

Step 4: NIFT 2025 results will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Review the details mentioned and download the scorecard for any future reference.

NIFT Entrance Exam 2025: Tie-breaking criteria 

The following procedure is followed by NTA for resolving the ties:

  • In case two candidates have attained equal scores, marks obtained in tests with higher weightage will be compared to break the tie.
  • For B.Des candidates, if candidates have equal scores, marks obtained in CAT will be compared. If the tie still persists, then marks obtained in GAT will be considered.
  • If the tie is still not resolved, marks obtained subject-wise will be considered in the following order: Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability, General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
