The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Undergraduate (UG) 2026 registration date. The students will be able to fill the NEET UG 2026 application form through the official website: neet.nta.nic.in. The students must not wait for the last date to fill out the NEET application form, and do it as soon as possible, as per the NEET UG 2026 registration dates.
The students who want to pursue any undergraduate medical course in the country must keep checking the NEET UG 2026 registration date. After the NEET application form is filled out, the student must also make the payment to confirm the registration. The registration fee is different for all the categories, as for the general category it is Rs 1700, for OBCs and general PWS it is Rs 1600, and for SC, ST, and PwBD it is Rs 1000.
NEET UG 2026 Registration: Know the Eligibility
Before proceeding to the NEET application form, students must know the eligibility criteria for the NEET UG 2026 examination. The NEET UG eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The candidate must be 17 years of age at the time of admission or must turn 17 by December 31 of the academic year.
- The student must have passed each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) individually.
- The student belonging to the general category must have 50% marks aggregate, the general PWD category must have 45% marks, and the ones belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and reserved PWD must have 40% marks aggregate.
NEET UG 2026 Registration Date: Documents Required
As the NTA will soon activate the NEET UG 2026 application form link, the students must keep the documents ready for the smooth filling of the form. Below are the documents that are required:
- Class 10 & 12 marksheet and certificate.
- The candidate’s photograph and signature
- Valid ID proof
- Category certificate (if there is)
