NEET UG 2025: The National Testing Agency has started accepting applications for NEET UG 2025. The application window opened on February 7, 2025. Candidates interested in appearing for NEET UG exam are required to register online by March 7, 2025 at neet.nta.nic.in.
While filling the NEET application form, candidates will have to upload a list of important documents. Candidates must upload their documents in the format and specifications given by NTA only.
Documents required for NEET UG application 2025
To register for NEET UG exam 2025, candidates will have to fill the application form online. The following list of documents will be required along with the application form:
- Candidate’s passport size photograph
- Postcard size photograph
- Scanned copy of signature
- Left and Right Hand Fingers and Thumb Impression
- Category certificate
- Person With Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate
- Citizenship certificate
NEET UG Registration 2025: Document specifications
Candidates are required to upload their documents for NEET registration in the following format and file specifications:

Which NEET UG applications will be rejected?
Individuals who register for NEET UG exam 2025 must follow the above given instructions while uploading their documents. The applications with the following issues will be rejected:
- Applications with polaroid and computer-generated photos are not acceptable
- Applications with unclear photographs or without photographs will be rejected
- Application forms with fabricated photographs will be rejected
- In case someone else’s photographs have been uploaded, the candidature shall be cancelled and the case will be considered as an Unfair Means Case.
- Unsigned NEET applications will be rejected
- In case someone else’s signature has been uploaded, the candidature shall be cancelled and the case will be considered as an Unfair Means Case.
- Application forms with unclear fingerprints will be rejected.
