The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to announce the NEET PG 2025 Counselling schedule soon for the MD, MS and PG diploma admission process. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has adjourned the NEET PG transparency hearing to September 12. Aspirants continue to demand full questions along with the answer key to verify their scores and NEET PG results. This was challenged in the top court, and a fresh petition was once again submitted seeking transparency and clarity in the national-level medical entrance exam. A petition was filed seeking an urgent hearing, citing that the MCC counselling will begin the counselling process soon.
MCC will conduct counselling for allotment of 50% All India quota seats. On August 27, NBE released NEET PG 2025 merit list for All India 50% quota seats. The merit list comprises eligible candidates for NEET PG 2025 Counselling. The exam was held on August 3, 2025. NEET PG 2025 result was announced on August 19, 2025. NBE will release the NEET PG 2025 Answer key shortly.

List of documents candidates need to carry on the day of reporting:
- NEET PG admit card 2025
- NEET PG 2025 result link/rank letter
- Class X marksheet/ birth certificate
- Marksheets of MBBS
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by MCI/ SMC
- Valid, non-expired and authentic photo ID proof (PAN card/Driving licence/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhar card)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-creamy layer Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Candidates must note that it is mandatory for them to be present physically for verification of documents and confirmation of the allocated seat. If they fail to report to the allocated institute, their candidature will be forfeited.
