The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the re-issued National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) admit card 2026 on its official website by June 14, 2026. Earlier, the NEET UG City Intimation Slip 2026 for re-examination was released on June 7, 2026, on neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates appearing for the re-NEET examination 2026 can only check and download the NEET admit card 2026 once released by the NTA. The re-NEET UG 2026 Exam will be administered by the NTA on June 21, 2026.
Once released, registered candidates can download the NEET Admit Card 2026 from the official website. To download the NEET UG Admit Card, candidates will log in to the portal using their registered credentials such as the application number, date of birth and security pin. Only candidates who have officially registered for the re-NEET UG Exam 2026 are allowed to download their NEET UG Admit Card 2026. Candidates are advised to keep track of all the official documents required for the examination to ensure the process remains smooth.
NEET Admit Card 2026: Details on Hall Ticket
Candidates appearing for the exam are required to carry a hard copy of their NEET UG Admit Card on the day of the exam. Upon receiving the admit card, candidates should check all the information mentioned in it. The following information will be mentioned on the NEET admit card 2026. Candidates should thoroughly check for any discrepancies:
- Name of the candidate
- NEET UG 2026 roll number
- NEET UG registration number
- Date and time of the examination
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category/ Sub-category
- Address
- Medium (Language) of the examination
- Number and address of the exam centre
- Candidate signature
- Exam day instructions and guidelines
If any inaccuracies are found, candidates are required to notify the NTA authorities on priority so that the issues are rectified before the examination. In addition to the admit card, candidates are required to bring another valid ID proof and two passport-size photographs on the day of the re-examination.

Important Instructions to Follow at Exam Centre
- Candidates are required to carry a coloured printout of the NEET Admit card 2026.
- In the admit card, candidates should attach a passport-size photograph in the space provided, and the photo should be similar to the one submitted with the application form for NEET UG 2026
- Candidates must note that their admit card must be signed by either their parent or guardian.
NEET UG Exam 2026 Dress Code
- As per NEET UG exam guidelines, “Heavy clothes and/or long sleeves are not permitted. However, in case candidates come in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre, they are advised to report at least an hour in advance before the last reporting time,i.e. 12.30 PM, so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the decorum of the examination.”
- Candidates are advised not to wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Shoes are also not permitted.
Items Not Allowed To Take Inside Exam Hall
- Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, scale, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, log table, electronic pen/scanner, etc.
- Any communication device, such as a mobile phone, Bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, health band, etc.
- Any other item which could be used for unfair means, by hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc.
- Any food items opened or packed, water bottles, etc.
- Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap, etc.
- Any ornaments/metallic items.
- Any watch/wristwatch, bracelet, camera, etc.
