The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced that the last day for NEET 2026 Registration is today, i.e. on March 8, 2026. As per its official notification dated February 8, 2026, the registration form will be closed today by 09:00 PM. All the students who have not submitted their application forms yet are strongly advised to do so on the official website of NTA – neet.nta.nic.in, before the deadline ends. The form correction window will be activated from March 10 to 12, 2026, while the NEET 2026 exam date is scheduled as May 3, 2026.
The NEET UG 2026 will be conducted by NTA in various exam centres in India and abroad. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode in 13 different languages from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM on May 3, 2026. This exam serves as the primary medical entrance exam of the country. NEET 2026 Registration: Check steps to register
Candidates should make sure to submit before the NEET 2026 Registration last date ends. Those who have not registered yet can refer to the following steps to successfully fill out the NEET Application Form 2026.
- For new registration, go to the official website of NEET- neet.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, tap on the active NEET 2026 registration link titled as ‘New Candidate Registrations’.
- Carefully go through all the instructions related to NEET 2026 Registration written on the page.
- Submit all the details required and then create a password.
- Post the new registration process, a unique application number will be assigned for future login.
- Those who have successfully completed their registration or those who already have an account can sign in on the official website using the application number and password.
- Note that the prefilled fields (information already taken from your registration) cannot be edited.
- Enter all your personal, academic, additional information as asked in the NEET 2026 Registration form.
- Carefully check all your details before submitting them.
- Submit all the required documents in the format suggested by the NTA.
- Pay the NEET 2026 registration fees in the prescribed transaction method. The last date for fees submission is March 8, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.
- Click on ‘submit’.
- Your NEET UG application form 2026 will be submitted.

NEET UG 2026 Registration: Check list of Documents Required
The candidates will be required to submit the following important documents while filling out their NEET UG application form 2026.
- Valid Photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, bank account passbook, passport, etc.
- Candidate’s recent passport-sized photograph
- Scanned copy of candidate’s signature
- Clear left thumb Impressions of the candidate
- Original Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheets of the Candidate
- PwD certificate (if eligible)
- Category certificate (for reserved categories)
